Expanding Educational Opportunity
PHDI believes that education is one of the foundations of long-term community development. Our initial education focus is on elementary and primary-age children, with opportunities to expand into secondary education, vocational training, and higher education as the organization develops.
Initial Priorities

PHDI seeks to support hospitals, clinics, health centers, and other healthcare institutions in Puntland through donated medical equipment, supplies, professional expertise, and partnerships.
Medical Equipment
- ✓Work with hospitals, healthcare organizations, medical companies, and nonprofit partners to identify and secure appropriate donated medical equipment
Building Stronger Emergency Response
Communities need emergency services that are equipped, trained, and prepared to respond when lives are at risk. PHDI will seek partnerships and resources to strengthen emergency response capacity in Puntland.
